Heartland Cabinet Construction

An American traditional style cabinet construction. Heartland features a face frame on the face of a 1/2″ plywood (furniture board option available) with a 1 1/2″ by 3/4″ solid wood frame. It also features 3″ I-beams on the base cabinets to maximize squareness and strength possible. Shelves are 3/4″ thick and are fully adjustable. The cabinet doors are hinged to the face frame side which allows the cabinet to offer two types of overlays (see below). This creates versatility when it comes to design, allowing for the very traditional look of our Standard Overlay to the more modern design options of our Designer Overlay look.

(1.) 3″ wide I-beams.  (2.) 1/2″ full back panel.  (3.) 5/8″ solid dovetail drawer with undermount guides. (4.) 3/4″ thick x 15 1/2″ wide adjustable shelves. (5.) 1/2″ end panels.  (6.) 1 1/2″ x 3/4″ solid wood face frame.  (7.)
